SkyZone Groupon: A Disappointing Experience

My family and I recently visited the SkyZone in New Rochelle, New York to celebrate my 13-year-old grandson's birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues that left us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Firstly, we arrived at the venue at 7:45 PM, expecting to get a good spot in line since we had already purchased tickets online for the glow-in-the-dark session from 8 pm to 10 pm. However, things took a turn for the worse when we were told that Lane 2 was not available and directed us to join a massive queue of people waiting to get in.

What made matters worse was that several other families with children had joined us, and they too had been promised that we would be leaving SkyZone by 10 pm. This meant that multiple phone calls had to be made to inform the parents that we would not be departing as scheduled, which added to the stress of the situation.

To make things even more challenging, we stood in line for a whopping two hours before our 'party' finally began at nearly 10 PM. By this time, many of the children were getting restless and irritable, making it difficult for everyone to enjoy themselves.

When we asked a SkyZone employee about Lane 2, they informed us that it didn't exist! We couldn't believe what we were hearing. It seemed like no one was prepared for the large number of people attending the event, and this lack of planning led to a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration.

In conclusion, our experience at SkyZone New Rochelle was disappointing to say the least. The poor planning and lack of communication led to a chaotic and stressful atmosphere that ruined what could have been a fun night out for everyone involved. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location anytime soon.
